6. Relationship Between Parties

Use of The Now Advocate does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or legal representation relationship between you and The Now Advocate.

Unless a separate written agreement is signed, The Now Advocate does not act as an exclusive recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, legal advisor, financial advisor or career agent for any user.
